Social Media Manager Brand Storytelling & Digital Presence

Location - Banjara Hills road no 3, Hyderabad

About the Role-

We're looking for a strategic Social Media Manager who can own the digital presence of multiple brands and tell their stories consistently across platforms. This role is not about random posting it's about building brand voice, positioning, and meaningful engagement that aligns with each client's business goals.

You'll work closely with the creative, design, and performance teams to translate brand strategy into content that people actually care about.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Storytelling & Positioning

  • Understand each client's brand DNA, tone of voice, audience, and market positioning
  • Convert brand strategy into clear content narratives and story arcs
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
  • Create content themes that build recall, trust, and authority over time

2. Content Planning & Calendars

  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals (awareness, engagement, leads)
  • Plan content buckets (education, storytelling, community, promotional, trend-led)
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs
  • Coordinate with designers and videographers for timely delivery

3. Platform Management & Growth

  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions
  • Track trends and adapt them without diluting brand identity
  • Implement organic growth strategies (collabs, formats, hooks)

4. Campaigns & Launches

  • Plan and execute hero campaigns, launches, and festive moments
  • Collaborate with performance teams for lead-gen and awareness campaigns
  • Ensure organic content supports paid campaigns with strong storytelling

  • 5. Analytics & Reporting

    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, profile visits, leads)
    • Prepare monthly insights reports with actionable recommendations
    • Optimize content based on data, not assumptions

    6. Client & Internal Coordination

    • Present content ideas and strategies to internal teams / clients
    • Handle feedback professionally and translate it into better output
    • Maintain timelines and quality across multiple client accounts

    Skills & Requirements

    Must-Have

    • 24 years experience managing social media for brands or agencies
    • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and positioning
    • Excellent copywriting skills (hooks, captions, narratives)
    • Experience creating content calendars and campaign plans
    • Platform knowledge: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook (Reels & carousels focus)

    Good to Have

    • Experience with service brands (hospitality, healthcare, lifestyle, real estate, etc.)
    • Understanding of paid vs organic content synergy
    • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta insights, native dashboards)
    • Ability to think in content series, not one-off posts
