Job Role : Social Media Manager

Bijliride is a pioneering electric two-wheeler rental startup dedicated to delivering sustainable, convenient, and cost-effective transportation solutions. We provide electric two wheelers on rent to individuals and businesses. As a first in the country, we are providing unique 24/7 services to our customers which include battery delivery, battery swapping & breakdown assistance.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand identity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand & Social Media strategies and marketing plans aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Create and publish engaging content regularly (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)

  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing team members.

  • Manage the brand's image, voice, and presence across all platforms.

  • Coordinate with the creative, digital, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Plan and oversee campaigns (advertising, events, sponsorships, etc.) to build brand awareness.

  • Monitor competitors and adjust branding strategies as needed.

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

  • Track brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, loyalty) and prepare reports.

  • Handle partnerships, influencers, and third-party agencies.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support product launches and promotions.

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing,Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 13 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager & Social Media Manager or in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools preferred).
