Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and management of content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring analytics to measure performance, and fostering engagement with the online community. Additional tasks involve staying up-to-date with industry trends, coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, and managing posting schedules to effectively reach target audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and platform-specific strategies
• Experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, and analytics tools
• Proficiency in content writing, copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation
• Familiarity with community management and customer engagement strategies
• Analytical skills to measure and interpret social media performance metrics
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative social media campaigns
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience working with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or relevant role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is advantageous
