Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Manage day-to-day handling of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
- Handle crisis management and reputation monitoring online
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
- Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience in handling brand or agency accounts
