Key Responsibilities
- Manage the social media presence for 3–5 D2C client brands, including planning content calendars, writing captions, coordinating with designers and video editors, and ensuring timely posting.
- Plan and execute campaigns around cultural moments, collection launches, and seasonal drops — from concept and shoot coordination to publishing and performance review.
- Source, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations (primarily barter), including identifying relevant creators, briefing them, tracking deliverables, and evaluating outcomes.
- Track and report social media performance every week, including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, saves, shares, and content-level insights.
- Coordinate with the founder and creative team on shoot planning, including mood boards, styling references, shot lists, and on-ground execution.
- Stay updated on platform trends, focusing not just on trending audio but on content formats, hooks, and storytelling styles that drive meaningful engagement for fashion and lifestyle brands.
