Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling, platform-optimized copy for organic social media posts, paid advertisements, and comprehensive marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Develop and meticulously execute monthly content calendars that align with the overarching brand strategy, specific campaign goals, and deep audience insights.
- Craft engaging headlines, persuasive captions, memorable taglines, and effective calls-to-action designed to drive brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and boost conversions.
- Translate core brand messaging into clear, creative, and resonant narratives that are specifically tailored to diverse audiences and various social media formats.
- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and key marketing stakeholders to develop high-performing social media creatives and compelling ad variations.
- Adapt and refine copy based on performance data, A/B testing results, and platform best practices to continuously improve overall campaign effectiveness and results.
- Ensure a consistently strong and recognizable brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media channels to maintain brand integrity and recognition.
- Monitor emerging social media trends, ongoing conversations, and relevant cultural moments to inform timely and highly relevant content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate needs to be from Software Industry ( Product Company or SaaS etc).
- 24 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Proven experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, content management.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone and audience relevance.
- Working knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of paid social advertising and A/B testing methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret key performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C social media strategies.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Experience managing or moderating Reddit communities or AMAs.
