Job Description

We're looking for a senior Social Media Manager who has grown up in an agency environment and knows how to handle multiple B2B clients, senior stakeholders, and fast-moving briefs without losing strategic depth. This role is for someone who understands that B2B social is about credibility, clarity, and consistency - not trends for the sake of trends. B2C exposure is a bonus.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading social media strategy and execution for multiple B2B clients across industries (tech, SaaS, finance, enterprise, consulting, etc.).
  • Owning LinkedIn-first strategies including brand pages, leadership profiles, and campaign-led storytelling.
  • Translating client business objectives into content pillars, formats, and platform-wise plans in liaison with content team.
  • Managing end-to-end delivery: calendars, campaigns, approvals, and execution.
  • Acting as a point of contact for social media clients - confidently handling reviews, feedback, and expectations.
  • Collaborating closely with creative, design, video, performance, and influencer teams.
  • Guiding and review work of social media executives, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Tracking performance and presenting insight-led reports (what worked, what didn't, and why).
  • Staying on top of platform changes, B2B trends, and agency best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of social media experience, with significant time spent in an agency setup.
  • Strong B2B portfolio with examples of thought leadership, leadership profiling, or enterprise brand work.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram; working knowledge of X, YouTube and other platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and parallel timelines.
  • Ability to handle senior client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Strategic thinker who can also get hands-on when needed.
  • Clear communicator - written, verbal, and presentation-ready.

Good to Have

  • Experience working on B2C or integrated brand campaigns.
  • Exposure to employer branding, PR-led storytelling, or influencer/KOL content.
  • Team management or mentoring experience.
