Role : Social Media Manager/Community Manager
Location: Delhi (Sultanpur)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who will own our social presence end-to-end from content publishing and ORM to building and nurturing engaged communities that drive user acquisition,engagement, trust, and long-term loyalty.This role goes beyond posting creatives. You will be responsible for conversations, sentiment, advocacy, and growth across social and community platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Management & Content Execution:
Plan, publish, and manage daily content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn,X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Work closely with the content, design, and performance teams to execute platform-specific content calendars.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all social touchpoints.
Track content performance and optimize formats, timing, and narratives for reach and engagement.
2. Community Building & Engagement:
Build and manage owned communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups,LinkedIn Groups, etc.).
Drive two-way engagement through discussions, AMAs, polls, challenges, and exclusive content.
Nurture new users from first interaction to active participation and advocacy.
Identify and activate power users, ambassadors, and community champions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring value-led content into communities.
3. Creative Ideation, Storytelling & Video Execution
Lead brainstorming sessions to ideate social-first creatives, reels, short-form videos, and community content aligned with brand and growth goals.
Own the end-to-end creative process from concept, scripting, hooks, and storyboards to final delivery.
Translate brand narratives, campaigns, and community insights into high-impact visual content.
Work closely with designers, video editors, creators, and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
4. Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Monitor brand mentions, comments, DMs, reviews, and conversations across social platforms and review sites.
Respond to queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely, empathetic, and brand aligned manner.
Escalate critical issues to relevant internal teams and ensure resolution.
Track sentiment trends and proactively flag reputation risks or opportunities.
5. Growth, Acquisition & Advocacy:
Use social and community channels to support new user acquisition via referrals,UGC, collaborations, and advocacy programs.
Encourage user-generated content, testimonials, reviews, and success stories.
Support influencer, creator, and micro-ambassador initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.
Work closely with performance marketing teams to amplify high-performing organic content.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Insights:
Track and report key metrics: engagement rate, community growth, sentiment, response time, referral traffic, and conversions.
Share actionable insights on what content and conversations resonate most with users.
Continuously experiment with new formats, trends, and platforms to drive impact.
