About Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow social media accounts for D2C brands. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, trends, and how to generate engagement + inbound leads.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in Social Media Management
• Experience working with D2C / eCommerce brands (preferred)
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels & LinkedIn content
• Basic knowledge of content strategy & audience psychology
• Strong communication & creative thinking
• Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
  
  

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience in UGC content planning
• Basic understanding of performance marketing (ads)
• On-camera confidence (optional but preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram & LinkedIn accounts (Growvertix + client brands)
• Plan and execute content calendar (Reels, Carousels, Posts)
• Coordinate with designers & video editors for content creation
• Write engaging captions and hooks (D2C-focused)
• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize strategy
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and viral content ideas
• Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement
