Social Media Manager

Monastic Media is a D2C performance marketing and e-commerce agency in Piplod, Surat. We make ad videos and run Meta and Google ads for D2C brands: 40 Cr+ in ad spend managed, 175 Cr+ in revenue created for brands, 5+ years.

You run Monastic Media's own social channels: Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube (long videos and Shorts). You plan the monthly content calendar, brief creators, editors and designers, write captions and hooks, schedule posts, reply to the community, and report every week on what moved the numbers. Much of what we publish comes from the founder's own videos and posts, so you work with him directly.

Full-time in our office in Piplod, Surat.

What you will do

• Own the monthly content calendar across platforms
• Brief and coordinate creators, editors and designers
• Community management and DM triage
• Weekly performance reporting

What we look for

• Proven experience running social channels for a brand or agency
• Strong Instagram Reels and short-form instincts
• Can write clean, on-brand captions and hooks
• Comfortable reading analytics and acting on them
• Based in Surat or willing to relocate; in-office role

Nice to have

• Canva / CapCut / basic editing
• Experience with paid social or UGC
