THE PROBLEM THIS ROLE SOLVES
We have multiple brand pages & IP's generating content daily, but no single owner managing day-to-day operations, engagement, and performance tracking end-to-end. We need someone who brings operational excellence to our social media presence across 15-20+ accounts - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining quality and consistency at scale.
FIRST 90 DAYS SUCCESS MILESTONES
WHAT YOU WILL DO
End-to-End Multi-Platform Management Manage 15-20+ brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Handle variable posting volumes: 10-15 posts on regular days, 15-20+ posts during peak campaigns.
Data and Documentation Management Maintain all content-related data: videos shot, edited, posted, pending items, performance metrics. Update sheets consistently. Your tracking systems become the single source of truth for the entire creative team.
Performance Analysis and Optimization Analyze what works across all accounts - engagement patterns, optimal posting times, content formats, hashtag performance, thumbnail effectiveness. Convert insights into feedback for content strategy. Your observations directly inform creative direction.
Platform Optimization Ensure every post is optimized: proper tags, SEO-friendly captions, compelling thumbnails, appropriate hashtags, format-specific best practices. Stay updated on algorithm changes, trending audio, platform features.
Community Building and Engagement Manage all comments, DMs, and interactions. Build and nurture our online community with timely, on-brand responses. Track sentiment, flag important conversations.
Creative Collaboration Work with in-house designers, videographers, editors, and actors. Brief clearly, provide constructive feedback, manage revisions efficiently. Occasionally participate in content creation when needed.
Research and Competitive Intelligence Conduct research, run small surveys, perform competitor analysis, track industry trends. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and scripting when needed.
Brand Voice Consistency Switch between 10+ different brand personalities daily - from playful to professional, street-smart to sophisticated. Ensure every caption, response, and post aligns with each brand's voice.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Scale Experience Managed minimum 5 brand/client accounts simultaneously in a single role. Worked in environments posting 10+ times daily across multiple platforms. Handled end-to-end social media operations independently.
Systems and Organization Maintained detailed content calendars, tracking sheets, documentation systems in previous roles. Can demonstrate systems and processes built. Obsessively organized with structured workflows.
Startup or Agency Background Worked in fast-paced digital marketing agency or D2C startup environment. Understand hustle, speed, and early-stage growth ambiguity. Corporate social media experience will not prepare you for this.
Platform and Tools Expertise Hands-on posting experience across all major platforms including emerging ones. Proficient with Meta Business Suite, multiple scheduling platforms (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite), Canva Pro, analytics tools. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets daily user.
Immediate Availability : Can join within 7-15 days maximum.
Comfort with High-Volume Work Genuinely comfortable managing 15-20+ accounts. High-volume execution does not bore you - you find satisfaction in perfect execution and operational excellence.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Round 1: HR Screening (30 min) Experience verification, portfolio review, culture fit, notice period, salary expectations.
Round 2: Creative Head Technical (45 min) Portfolio deep-dive - walk through best-managed accounts, posting strategy, content performance. Show tracking systems and workflow organization. Demonstrate platform knowledge - algorithms, posting times, hashtag strategy, thumbnail practices, trends. Explain creative team collaboration - briefing, feedback, revisions.
Assessment through portfolio review and live problem-solving. No separate assignment required.
