This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling, and posting on various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with social media trends. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with the company's broader marketing objectives.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating impactful and engaging content
• Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms
• Self-motivated, with a keen understanding of target audiences and social media algorithms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the furniture or lifestyle industry is a plus
