Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns

• Drive leads, footfall, and conversions

• Analyze KPIs and scale winning campaigns

Social Media & Content

• Build monthly strategies

• Work with creative teams on high-performing content

• Stay updated with trends

Client Management

• Be the main point of contact

• Present insights clearly

• Drive brand growth

Hiring & Team Building

• Hire and mentor team members

• Build efficient workflows

Project Management

• Manage multiple brands

• Ensure timelines and quality

• Coordinate across teams

Requirements

• Meta Certification (mandatory)

• 2–5+ years experience

• Strong analytical & communication skills

• Agency/F&B; experience is a plus
