About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own Ayna's digital presence. You'll be the voice of our brand across platforms—creating, curating, and executing content that resonates with fashion and tech communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Work with designers to produce visual assets, videos, and creatives.
• Track analytics to optimize performance, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor trends in fashion, AI, and digital culture to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Engage with our community—replying, reposting, and building conversations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to align social media with business goals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media/content management.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
• Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
• Bonus: Experience in fashion, D2C, or SaaS marketing.
