This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of social media strategies to increase engagement and brand presence. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing social media profiles, monitoring performance metrics, and engaging with the online audience. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and maintain consistent communication across social platforms.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies for social platforms
• Ability to analyze social media analytics to optimize content performance
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Team player with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus
