Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies for various client brands.
• Managing a brand pages that involves Content writing, Posting.
• Create and manage compelling brand communication that aligns with client identities and business goals.
• Coordinate and publish engaging content—posts, stories, videos, and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance; optimize strategies for measurable growth.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and client leads for cohesive messaging and brand storytelling.
• Respond to community engagement, manage reputation, and drive audience interaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and leverage new opportunities for client brands.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in brand communication and strategic content planning.
• Ability to translate brand values into engaging digital content.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and social analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting, organizational, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
