ROLE
Social Media Manager who can own our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram endtoend, from planning and creating content to tracking performance and iterating every month.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and maintain a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram (topics, formats, schedule).
- Create engaging, platformnative content (carousels, images, short posts, videos/Reels) for our creative audience.
- Write clear, concise copy and collaborate on visuals using simple design tools or with a designer.
- Schedule posts consistently, monitor basic community interactions (comments/DMs), and surface key opportunities.
- Track core KPIs and deliver a simple monthly performance report with suggestions for improvement.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years managing LinkedIn and/or Instagram for brands, creators, or startups.
- Proven track record of running a content calendar and publishing consistently for at least one brand or creator.
- Experience creating or directing content (copy + basic visuals) that drove meaningful engagement for professional or creative audiences.
- Solid written English and basic visual/design sense (Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Comfortable reading analytics and turning insights into clear next steps and experiments.
