Hiring: Women on Career Break Digital Media Marketing (Contract Role)

We are hiring women candidates who have taken a career break for a SCIP-level Digital Media Marketing role.

1-year contractual opportunity

Prior experience in digital/media marketing required

Open to women restarting their professional journey

With Digital Media & Performance Marketing, TPEM will bridge the gap between the Brand and Customers across all digital media. This will drive customer acquisition, and increase life-time value for customers.

Job Responsibility

1. Strategy Development & Rollout

Develop the strategy document for TPEM to approach Digital Performance & Hyperlocal digital marketing

Design the approach for TPEM, working with Internal Functions (Marketing, Sales, Network), and External stakeholders (Channel partners) as well as Technology providers (Google, etc.)

Deliver the blue print, build the solutions and implement as per timelines

2. Lead Management & Efficient pipeline creation

Assist in the lead nurture process to ensure high conversion to sales

Constantly optimize the digital touch points based on lead conversions to increase form fills and top of funnel inflow

Ensure systems (LMS) are in place to transfer leads seamlessly from digital/web to call centre/ dealers

3. Demand Generation

Devise marketing campaigns to capture and create demand for TPEM products

Drive higher enquiries to dealerships by activating targeted geo localised campaigns

Ensure monitored numbers are in place and accurate mapping to dealers

4. Creative Development

Dealer level creative processes to ensure high quality content is disseminated

Ads creation working in coordination with Dealer teams and Local agencies

Social media promotions management with active engagement with dealer pages and local level groups / communities

Analytics and Insights management arising from social media data

5. Governance, Processes & Reporting

Set-up proper governance mechanism

Ensure Processes for effective lead management at Dealer level

Reports & Analysis generation

Agency management

Agency payouts

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education : MBA (Sales & Marketing)
  • Relevant Experience : 3+ years of work experience in Digital Media planning and execution
