Primary title: Social Media Manager — Media & Entertainment (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X) to grow reach, engagement and audience loyalty.
- Own the content calendar and publishing workflow: brief creatives, coordinate on-site shoots, approve edits and ensure timely distribution for daily and campaign content.
- Lead short-form video programming and creative storytelling—drive ideation, production priorities and format testing for Reels/Shorts/TikTok.
- Manage community and creator relationships: oversee moderation, creator briefs, influencer partnerships and contractual deliverables.
- Plan and optimise paid social campaigns using platform ad tools; manage budgets, targeting, creative tests and performance-driven optimisations.
- Measure impact using analytics and social listening; deliver actionable insights, A/B test approaches and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Proven track record managing social for media or entertainment brands with on-site production coordination.
