Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at our location in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to strengthen online presence and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and curating content for social media platforms, managing posts, monitoring online conversations, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns. Additionally, the role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and engage audiences across platforms.
- Strong Communication skills and Writing abilities to craft engaging posts, responses, and messages.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategy aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance and improve strategies.
- Understanding of branding and online community management.
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt to evolving trends in the fashion industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
