Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-impact content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain a pulse on evolving platform trends, algorithm updates, and viral content formats—adapting strategy accordingly.
- Conceptualise, coordinate, and execute content shoots, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual identity.
- Design and manage a dynamic monthly content calendar, integrated with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics) to measure performance and inform data-driven optimisation.
- Develop and manage founder-led content (e.g., personal branding, behind-the-scenes, thought leadership) to amplify authenticity and trust.
- Drive organic growth across brand channels—measured by follower expansion, engagement rate, and reach.
- Monitor, interpret, and report on key performance metrics; recommend and implement iterative improvements.
- Manage community engagement, including influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring consistent brand representation.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Proven expertise in creating and optimising content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and a refined aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to serve as the primary brand voice across digital channels—maintaining tone, clarity, and authenticity.
- Hands-on capability to produce quick-turnaround content (e.g., filming, editing, and publishing) when required.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools for content creation and social media management (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or equivalent platforms).
