Overview:

AtEazyGrad, we're building one of India's most trusted education brands and we know smart growth starts with smarter marketing. We're looking for aSocial Media Managerwho can build our social presence from the ground up (01) and scale it thoughtfully over time.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone strategic, consistent, and deeply focused on audience building not trend chasing. You'll be at the center of our brand's digital presence, turning ideas into content, content into community, and community into long-term growth. From shaping our voice to building platforms from scratch, you'll create content that doesn't just get views, but builds trust and meaningful engagement.

In this role, you'll get a chance to work on(Roles & Responsibilities):

Build and own our social media presence from scratch, with a clear growth and content strategy

Plan, create, and publish content primarily forInstagram (posts, reels, stories)

Develop and execute aYouTube strategy(long-form videos, Shorts, channel optimization, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and SEO)

Set up and manageWhatsApp Channelsfor updates, engagement, and community building

Create and manage an Email Newsletter(content planning, writing, and basic analytics)

Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms

Track performance, analyze insights, and iterate based on what's working

Optimize content for growth, discoverability, and audience retention across platforms

Collaborate closely with the core team to align content with brand voice and goals

Scale channels sustainably while maintaining quality and authenticity

If you have:(Requirements):

Proven experience building and scaling social media accounts, ideally from 01

Strong hands-on experience withInstagram and YouTube growth strategies

Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, watch time optimization, and audience retention

Experience managingWhatsApp Channels and email newsletters

Ability to think both strategically and execution-wise (you can plan and do)

Clear understanding of audience building, engagement, and retention
