Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute digital paid marketing initiatives across multiple client brands. This role focuses on planning and running digital campaigns, managing social and paid media execution, and supporting client relationships, while ensuring all deliverables align with strategy, performance goals, and timelines.

The role sits at the intersection of client coordination, digital execution, performance tracking, and internal collaboration.The candidate will work closely with content, design, media, and strategy teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery.

The candidate brings 45 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency, has strong execution and project management skills, and is comfortable handling day-to-day client communication while owning digital delivery across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Work closely with strategy teams to translate client objectives into digital media and content plans
  • Monitor performance regularly and optimise spending to drive measurable outcomes

Social Media Management

  • Oversee day-to-day social media management for assigned client brands
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
  • Coordinate with content, design, and video teams to ensure timely and on-brand delivery
  • Ensure platform best practices, tone consistency, and creative quality across all posts

Client Servicing & Communication

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients on digital and social media mandates
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and feedback loops effectively
  • Present campaign updates, performance summaries, and recommendations confidently
  • Build strong working relationships through proactive communication and solution-oriented thinking

Project & Workflow Management

  • Own timelines and deliverables for ongoing digital and social mandates
  • Coordinate internally with strategy, content, design, media, and influencer teams
  • Ensure smooth execution, quality control, and adherence to agreed timelines and scopes

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, platform insights, and dashboards
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports highlighting performance, learnings, and optimisation opportunities
  • Use data to inform content direction, media decisions, and client recommendations

Market & Platform Awareness

  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, emerging formats, and digital trends
  • Bring new ideas, formats, and efficiencies to ongoing client work

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or client servicing roles
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid marketing digital campaigns
  • Hands-on understanding of Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social analytics
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data, insights, and performance reports
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, influencer marketing, and brand strategy
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset
