Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Social Media Manager, based in South Delhi. The Social Media Manager will oversee the day-to-day social media activities, including developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media campaigns, and ensuring consistent engagement with audiences. The role involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams, identifying emerging trends, and delivering innovative solutions to meet marketing objectives.
KPI
- Social Media Strategy Development: Devise and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand, focusing on Instagram and other pertinent online platforms.
- Content Planning & Creation: Collaborate with design and content creation teams to generate engaging and high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of brand social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, engagement, and community management.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize engagement and reach.
- Brand Coordination: Work closely with internal teams including design, production, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Implementation: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Growing client relationships: Onboarding, maintaining & growing the relationships with brand partners
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with social media agencies, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and contributing directly to brand growth and positioning.
- Ability to independently build, own, and execute social media strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to represent the agency professionally with clients, creators, and internal teams.
- Outcome-driven on-ground execution skills, including supervising shoots to ensure creative intent, brand guidelines, and deliverables are met.
- Demonstrated creativity paired with problem-solving ability, showing ownership, initiative, and a bias toward action.
- Comfortable being on camera and guiding content narratives when required, including creator-led and founder-led formats.
- Ability to ideate, shoot, and create engaging short-form content independently using a mobile phone, with a clear understanding of platform-native formats.
- Working knowledge of analytics, performance metrics, and audience insights to continuously refine content and improve performance.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content planning, scripting, editing, or ideation, with the discernment to use them effectively.
- Access to a market-current MacBook and iPhone is preferred to ensure speed, quality, and reliability in execution.
