Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling efforts. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, creativity, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate brings a polished aesthetic, strong execution discipline, and a proactive mindset to amplify Dealyards digital footprint across platforms. This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine and is instrumental in shaping how the brand shows up online.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Develop high-quality, brand-aligned content, including posts, reels, short videos, and stories.
Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and leadership to craft narratives around projects, client success stories, and market insights.
Plan monthly content calendars with a sharp focus on consistency, engagement, and brand visibility.
Monitor platform analytics and generate insights to refine strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
Lead community engagement: respond to comments, inquiries, and DMs with promptness and a client-first tone.
Stay ahead of trends, formats, and algorithms to ensure Dealyards remains digitally relevant and top-of-mind.
Support campaign rollouts, property showcases, and offline events with real-time and recap content.
What We're Looking For
12 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator.
Strong command over reels, short-form video trends, and visual storytelling.
A refined sense of aesthetics aligned with premium and luxury brand positioning.
Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with agility and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
A proactive, curious, and self-driven approach, someone who naturally elevates the brand through every touchpoint.
