The candidate should be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to create engaging content and graphics for social media posts. Familiarity with content scheduling and social media calendar management is a bonus.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Fresher) who is enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn about social media marketing. You will assist in managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and growing our brand's presence across various platforms. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Assisting in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Creating engaging social media content (posts, captions, graphics) under the guidance of the senior team.

- Scheduling posts and helping to maintain the social media content calendar.

- Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

- Assisting in developing social media strategies to increase brand engagement and reach.

- Monitoring social media trends and helping to implement them into the content strategy.

- Helping with social media reporting and tracking performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.).

- Assisting in social media ad campaigns and promotions.

- Collaborating with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across posts.

- Learning and implementing best practices in social media marketing.
