Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a simple, consistent social media strategy
• Create posts, reels, and stories aligned with our brand/identity
• Edit graphics, videos, and photos using the necessary tools
• Schedule and publish posts regularly
• Track engagement and suggest improvements
• Work closely with management for content planning and ideas
• Capture photos/videos

Requirements

• Young, energetic, creative mindset (students encouraged to apply)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and basic social media posting
• Ability to the necessary tools to design posts aligning with the identity
• Good sense of storytelling
• Basic understanding of social media trends & content formats
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Photography/video skills
• Interest in education or Montessori philosophy is a plus (not mandatory)
