Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Daily tasks include creating, curating, and scheduling content, optimizing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics to inform strategy, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience of 3-4 years in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative mindset and knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to engage and grow social media communities
• Prior experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
