Key Responsibilities
- Understand client's brief and deliver designs as per their brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Design groundbreaking ideas for day-to-day tasks, company services and product presentations and client pitch decks
- Make confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideas
Skills Required
- Qualifications - Degree (or equivalent) in Media, or related field
- At least 1-2 years Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on branding and brand building
- A proven track record of creative idea generation and development
- An ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact design
- Strong presentation, organisational and time management skills
- Fluency in English
- A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team
- Confident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
- Knowledge in design software. Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat and an understanding of the capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
