We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, managing and optimizing social media channels, crafting engaging content, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, engaging with audiences, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Understanding and experience in developing effective Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze metrics to optimize social media performance
• Familiarity with digital trends and social media platforms
• Creative and strategic mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns
