Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing effective social media strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media platforms for performance, and analyzing engagement metrics. Daily responsibilities include crafting engaging posts, managing social media accounts, collaborating with creative teams, and developing innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Content Strategy
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong communication and writing skills to create impactful and engaging content
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and current trends in social media
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
