We create products rooted in fit, fabric, and function, designed for real bodies and real movement.

Social for us isn't a channel.

It's where the brand comes alive.

About the Role

This isn't a post calendar job.

This is end-to-end ownership of social.

What you'll do:

Strategy & Planning

  • Build monthly + campaign-led strategies (womenswear & menswear)
  • Spot trends, formats, and cultural moments
  • Plan launches, always-on, and reactive content
  • Do competition benchmarking and analysis to see our SOV on social, create monthly reports of learnings and way forward to be able to be more present online, organically.
  • Track metrics for success for social overall, measure brand impact and performance via social and scale the platforms.

Execution

  • Take ideas from concept → live post
  • Write hooks, captions, briefs
  • Deliver high-quality content across reels, statics, and video

Platforms

  • Instagram (primary)
  • LinkedIn (big focus)
  • YouTube
  • X (Twitter)
  • Explore new spaces (Reddit, etc.)

Content Creation

  • Be hands-on with shoots (in-office, on-ground)
  • Be comfortable on camera (big plus)
  • Work closely with design, video, and creators

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate across brand, influencer, PR, performance & founders
  • Align social with larger campaigns and business goals

Community

  • Manage comments, DMs, conversations
  • Turn followers into a real community
  • Build a distinct Blissclub voice

Experience & Skillsets

Experience

  • 2–3 years in social / content / brand roles
  • D2C / fashion / lifestyle experience = plus

You should:

  • Understand Meta + social algorithms
  • Think strategically, execute fast
  • Know what makes content:
  • Stop the scroll
  • Drive engagement
  • Be comfortable with data & performance metrics
  • Turn insights into better content
