CTC Range: upto ₹12 LPA (based on experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Social Media Manager with prior experience in D2C and ecommerce brands, preferably within the health, wellness, or lifestyle sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content across social media platforms, including brand campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and performance-driven social media assets.

This role requires someone who is creative, resourceful, and capable of managing social media operations independently. We value individuals who take ownership of content performance, demonstrate strong storytelling ability, and consistently deliver engaging campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and maintain the social media content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels

● Develop, curate, and manage engaging content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos, and infographics aligned with the brand voice

● Implement social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, community growth, and conversions

● Support product launches, awareness campaigns, and brand initiatives through creative digital storytelling

● Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and audience queries in a timely manner

● Conduct social listening to monitor audience sentiment, competitor activities, and industry trends

● Analyse social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, followers, traffic, and conversions

● Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to execute content and campaign strategies

● Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats

● Continuously experiment with innovative content ideas, storytelling techniques, and trending formats to improve engagement and visibility

Preferred Tools:

● Adobe Photoshop

● Video Editing Tools

● Scheduling & Social Media Management Tools

Additional Skills:

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies

● Knowledge of audience engagement and community management

● Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability

● Ability to analyse social media performance and optimise campaigns

● Experience with content planning and campaign execution

● Understanding of digital trends, reels, and short-form content formats

● Experience working with D2C, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands preferred

Experience Required

● Experience: 3–7 years

Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with D2C brands, ecommerce companies, or wellness, healthcare, supplements, or lifestyle brands. Candidates should demonstrate experience in managing brand-led and performance-driven social media campaigns.
