Job Role:
As a Social Media Executive/Manager at Bliss Media and Events, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business results. You will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating compelling content, and analysing performance metrics to optimise our social media efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Bliss Media and Events brand objectives, target audience, and business goals.
2. Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, that showcases our portfolio, highlights our services, and tells compelling stories.
3. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across our social media channels in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with our audience.
4. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions, leveraging targeting options, ad formats, and budget optimization techniques to maximise ROI.
5. Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar outlining the content themes, topics, and posting schedule for each social media platform, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
6. Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify our brand reach and engagement, negotiate partnerships, and track performance metrics.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimise content strategy and campaign performance.
8. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant innovations into our social media strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Cross-Platform Integration: Coordinate social media efforts with other marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and event promotion, to ensure integrated and cohesive messaging and campaigns.
10. Brand Advocacy: Champion Bliss Media and Events brand voice and image across all social media channels, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and alignment with brand values and guidelines.
