Role Description

This is a full time role located in Chennai for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the company's social media presence, develop and implement effective social media strategies, create engaging content, optimize social media platforms (SMO), and ensure consistent communication to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities also include monitoring social media performance metrics and staying up to date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
• Content creation and audience engagement expertise
• Analytical skills to interpret data and improve social media performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of the financial services or foreign exchange industry is a plus
