Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Midnapore. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of social media strategies to enhance the clinic's online presence. Daily tasks include creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts for visibility, monitoring engagement metrics, and collaborating on marketing campaigns. The role requires ensuring all communication aligns with the clinic's mission of providing exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing for social media platforms
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with an audience and collaborate with the team
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track and improve social media engagement
- Ability to create consistent, compelling content tailored for different social channels
- Experience in healthcare or wellness industries is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
