Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Hauz Khas. The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media accounts, create and execute engaging content strategies, optimize social media campaigns (SMO), and analyze performance metrics. The role involves creating compelling posts, managing social media interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with brand goals. It requires proactive planning, trend analysis, and maintaining a strong online presence for the brand.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop impactful, share-worthy content for social media, blogs, videos, websites, and more, all while promoting holistic wellness through Ayurveda
  2. Be the driving force behind our brand's messaging, ensuring consistency and resonance with health-conscious individuals, wellness seekers, and Ayurveda enthusiasts
  3. Tap into the latest digital trends and experiment with fresh ideas to make AHPL's content stand out through viral challenges, interactive posts, and compelling storytelling
  4. Work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to align content with AHPL's larger goals, fostering community engagement and brand awareness
  5. Stay ahead of content trends, leveraging new formats, platforms, and tools to create impactful experiences that educate and inspire audiences about the power of Ayurveda
  6. Track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and refine strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to assess social media performance
  • Creative thinking and ability to adapt to social media trends
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
