Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy and execution for multiple clients at Socio Labs. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, client communication, and hands-on social media expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Strategy

Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end social media strategies for diverse client brands.

Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

Oversee posting schedules, community management, and brand consistency across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).

Identify trends and create innovative content ideas to position clients ahead in the digital space.

Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and propose optimization strategies for continuous improvement.

2. Content Creation & Writing

Write engaging captions, short-form content, and blogs while maintaining distinct brand voices.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual creatives align with copy and campaign direction.

Conceptualize creative campaigns, storytelling ideas, and engagement-driven content.

3. Client Servicing & Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client goals and translate them into actionable social media plans.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, ads, strategy) to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.

Present monthly performance reviews, campaign insights, and upcoming strategies to clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and best practices.

Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.

Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret performance data.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.

Familiarity with basic paid ads and design workflows.

Experience using scheduling and analytics tools.
