The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and community engagement. You will develop and implement impactful social media strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and foster meaningful online interactions across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-platform strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Lead meme creation, trendjacking, and real-time content initiatives to maintain cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to produce visually appealing and consistent content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Oversee LinkedIn presence of both company and leadership teams through strategic storytelling.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, optimizing performance based on data insights.
- Manage online communities engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and handle reputation management.
- Track competitor activities and identify innovative opportunities to differentiate the brand.
- Partner with influencers and content creators to expand social reach.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with PR and influencer marketing agencies for campaign planning and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in social media marketing and management (experience in fintech, BFSI, or consumer brands is a plus).
- Deep understanding of growth strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Proven ability to create viral, trend-driven, and shareable content.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social.
- Strong storytelling, meme marketing, and short-form video creation skills.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithms, analytics, and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.
