Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Manage day-to-day handling of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
  • Handle crisis management and reputation monitoring online

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
  • Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
  • Experience in handling brand or agency accounts
