Role Description
We are looking for a highly strategic yet deeply hands-on Social Media Manager to architect, build and scale the complete social media ecosystem for Amura Health and its associated brands. This is not a conventional content posting role, but a high-ownership opportunity for someone who deeply understands internet culture, audience psychology, platform-native storytelling, brand building, content systems, and growth mechanics.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing operationally. This individual will initially act as the single point owner (SPOC) for social media across the parent brand, driving end-to-end strategy, content operations, platform growth, community engagement, publishing workflows, analytics, and social positioning.
Over time, this person will also help build and lead a scalable social media function for future verticals and brands within the Amura ecosystem.
Responsibilities :
● Build and own the end-to-end social media strategy for Amura Health, including platform positioning, brand narrative, tone of voice, content pillars and audience engagement frameworks.
● Develop platform-native content strategies and translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling, culturally relevant and accessible storytelling across all social platforms.
● Build and manage the complete social media content calendar while coordinating cross-functionally
with brand, design, medical, marketing, product, growth and leadership teams.
● Drive ideation and execution across multiple content formats including Reels, Carousels, Founder led content, educational storytelling, trend-led formats, community content and long-form narratives.
● Write, review and optimize captions, hooks, scripts and platform copy while ensuring publishing consistency and high-quality execution across channels.
● Build meaningful audience engagement across platforms by managing comments, DMs, community interactions, audience retention strategies and brand sentiment.
● Track, analyze and improve social media performance metrics across reach, engagement, retention, conversion and audience growth through experimentation and data-driven insights.
● Create dashboards and reporting systems to monitor campaign performance, derive actionable
insights and continuously optimize content effectiveness.
● Set up scalable systems and workflows for scheduling, approvals, asset management, reporting,
community management and content production operations.
● Evaluate and implement relevant social media tools, automations, SOPs and operational frameworks to build a scalable social media function.
● Collaborate closely with brand, creative, growth and leadership teams to strengthen Amura's social presence and long-term brand positioning.
Requirements :
● 5 to 10 years of experience in social media, brand marketing or digital content strategy with proven experience building or scaling brand presence across platforms.
● Strong understanding of internet culture, audience psychology, platform-native storytelling and emerging social media trends.
● Hands-on execution capability with experience managing content calendars, publishing workflows and multiple social media handles or brand portfolios.
● Excellent storytelling, writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics into engaging content.
● Strong analytical and performance-oriented mindset with experience tracking metrics, deriving insights and optimizing content performance.
● Experience building scalable content systems, workflows, SOPs and operational processes for social media management.
● Ability to work independently with high ownership in fast-paced and evolving environments, along with strong aesthetic and creative judgment.
●Experience working closely with founders, mentoring teams and leveraging AI-assisted content
workflows, social listening and automation tools will be an added advantage.
● Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, consumer tech or D2C brands, along with familiarity with creator collaborations, community-led growth and video-first content ecosystems, is preferred.
