We are looking for adynamic and strategicSocial Media Manager (Organic)with 6+ years of professional experience to lead ourorganic social media and podcast presenceacross platforms. This role is focused entirely onorganic growth, brand storytelling, and community engagementnot paid media or performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, a deep understanding of finance and fintech audiences, and a proven track record in crafting digital content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, content, and business goals acrossInstagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).Strengthen our voice through thought leadership, storytelling, and topical engagement.
Content & Campaign Management:
Oversee content planning, production, and publishing including reels, videos, carousels, thought-leadership posts, and short-form storytelling.
Lead organic social campaigns end-to-end from ideation to performance reporting.
Podcast Ownership:
Manage and grow ourflagship podcast, including planning, guest coordination, production timelines, cross-team collaboration, and amplification across social and digital channels.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor the in-house organic social media team, ensuring creativity, consistency, and timely execution across all deliverables.
Agency Coordination:
Partner with creative, production and post production agencies from briefing to output review to ensure brand alignment, campaign quality, and effective delivery.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and facilitating authentic conversations that drive trust and advocacy.
Performance Analytics:
Use native and third-party analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.) to track KPIs, analyse audience behavior, and optimise strategy for reach and engagement.
Trend & Platform Innovation:
Stay ahead of social media and content trends, emerging formats, and platform algorithm updates, identifying opportunities to experiment and grow reach organically.
Influencer & Collaboration Initiatives:
Manage partnerships with finance influencers, creators, and thought leaders to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the fintech ecosystem.
