Social Media Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site, Marathahalli)

Overview

Agriplast Protected Cultivation Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading hi-tech protected cultivation and agriculture solutions provider. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to design and execute content strategies that will scale our brand presence across digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role - you will ideate, write, and execute strategies end-to-end. While larger creative requirements can be supported through external agencies, the role requires the ability to independently create basic, quick-turn designs or edits when needed. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of growing brands online, who combines creativity with analytical thinking and takes full ownership of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement clear, structured content strategies aligned with Agriplast Protected Cultivation Pvt. Ltd.s brand goals, campaigns, and timelines.

Hands-on Content Creation

Draft compelling captions, headlines, and scripts; adapt tone and messaging for each platform. Create basic, quick designs for social media & ads or edit independently when required, and coordinate with external design and video agencies for larger or specialised creative outputs.

Platform Management

Manage and scale social media pages across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X ensure consistent, high-quality content tailored to each platform.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report key metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, leads generated); share insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance.

Community Engagement

Respond to queries, manage conversations, and build a professional, brand-aligned community experience that fosters trust and credibility.

System Building

Establish and improve workflows for content planning, approvals, scheduling, and agency coordination to drive efficiency and consistency.

Collaboration

Work closely with internal stakeholders and manage coordination with external creative partners and agencies to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery.

Minimum Qualification

  • 23 years of proven experience in managing and scaling brand presence online with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success in growing followers, engagement, and reach through structured campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to ideate and write engaging, platform-appropriate content that connects with target audiences.
  • Comfortable creating basic social media creatives independently when required.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
  • Familiarity with scheduling and automation tools; experience building efficient workflows.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
