Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies, engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and support lead generation for enterprise and GCC clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan content calendars across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Identify trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize campaigns

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, edit, and manage engaging text, image, and video content
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaign content
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across channels

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
  • Build relationships with followers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Manage online reputation and promote positive brand sentiment

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to leadership
  • Use analytics to optimize campaigns and inform content strategy

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment
  • Manage budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 36 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in IT or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools: Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B marketing and GCC / enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing tools
  • Creative mindset with ability to innovate campaigns
