Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 46 years of experience to own and scale 66degrees social media presence across key platforms. This role will focus on strategy, planning, and executionwith a strong emphasis on LinkedIn as the primary platform, along with Instagram, Youtube and other social media channels, to drive brand building, thought leadership, and campaign amplification in a B2B context.

You will work closely with design, content, and campaign teams to translate ideas into high-impact social content that aligns with our brand, business goals, and audience needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage 66degrees social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and other relevant platforms, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly social media content calendars aligned with brand, campaign, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and campaign teams to plan, create, and publish high-quality social content.
  • Support brand building, thought leadership, and campaign amplification through consistent and impactful social storytelling.
  • Use Hootsuite, including Hootsuite Amplify, to schedule, publish, and manage social content efficiently.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual representation across all social channels.
  • Track and review social media performance metrics to inform reporting and ongoing planning.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to support content ideation, copy refinement, planning, and overall workflow efficiency.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, best practices, and new features, especially within LinkedIn and B2B social media.

Qualifications:

  • 46 years of hands-on experience managing social media for B2B brands, tech companies, or consulting firms (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn content planning and publishing, with working experience across Instagram and other social platforms.
  • Proven experience using Hootsuite, including Hootsuite Amplify.
  • Experience collaborating closely with design and content teams to bring social ideas to life.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and reporting.
  • Understanding of how to use design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms for working with social media templates.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to enhance social media planning, content ideation, and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneously.
