We9re looking for a
LinkedIn-first Social Media Intern who understands that LinkedIn is different from Instagram and YouTube.
You9ll work closely with the editorial team to
shape posts, sharpen narratives, test formats, and grow reach organically. This is not a scheduling role. This is a learning ground for how modern professional media is built.
What You9ll Do
- Assist in publishing and optimising daily LinkedIn posts (founder posts, editorial takes, interviews, announcements)
- Edit captions for clarity, hook, and scroll-stopping openings
- Study LinkedIn content patterns: tone, timing, format, comment-bait vs insight
- Work on crousels, social posts, infographics, data sets, and creatives
- Track post performance (impressions, saves, comments) and extract learnings
- Help repurpose long-form content into high-performing LinkedIn formats
- Support live content around interviews, summits, and industry conversations
What We9re Looking For
- Strong interest in LinkedIn as a platform (you actively consume content there)
- Good writing instincts 6especially opening lines and short-form clarity
- Ability to think editorially: What9s the point Why should someone care
- Comfortable working with Google Docs, Notion, and basic analytics
- Curious about work, leadership, hiring, AI, careers, and business culture
- Students or fresh graduates welcome; mindset matters more than CV
Good to Have
- You9ve grown a personal LinkedIn account or managed a college/company page
- You understand why some posts travel and most don't
- Good visual sense (Canva) for clean LinkedIn creatives
- Engg, Journalism, media, psychology, or business background
