Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media content calendars.
- Create engaging and platform-appropriate content (static posts, carousels, short videos, stories, reels, captions).
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages to nurture audience relationships.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity.
- Support campaign ideation for special events, festivals, and launches.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and generate insights.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and video editors.
- Assist with community building activities and social listening.
- Help document results and present monthly performance highlights.
What we are looking for:
Must-Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
- Strong interest in social media trends, digital brands, and creative storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, or similar content tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience managing personal or brand social channels.
- Understanding of TikTok/Reels format and optimization.
- Basic understanding of social analytics and reporting.
