Role Description

We're hiring a Social Media Growth Manager. We want someone who can manage content across our social channels and also guide us on which platforms we should focus on based on our niche, audience, and stage of growth. This person should help us build a practical social media strategy that improves visibility, engagement, and traffic to our platform and free tools.

What you'll work on (examples):

• Plan content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Suggest which social channels UmberApp should prioritize for the Canada immigration niche
• Create and manage a consistent posting strategy
• Turn blogs, immigration news, and free tools into engaging social media content
• Help improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Suggest basic paid ad ideas and promotional opportunities
• Track what is working and recommend improvements
