Role overview
We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-obsessed Social Media Executive who understands trends, loves styling, and is constantly updated with what's happening on Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. If you can scroll with purpose, spot trends before they go viral, and create engaging content — this role is for you!
Key Responsiblities
* Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
* Stay updated with the latest fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends
* Create engaging content ideas including reels, posts, stories, and trend-based campaigns
* Assist in photoshoots, styling coordination, and content planning
* Write creative captions aligned with brand tone and voice
* Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and build online community
* Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports
* Coordinate with influencers and assist in collaborations
* Conduct competitor and trend research
Skills and Requirements
* Strong passion for fashion and lifestyle industry
* Deep interest in social media trends, reels, and viral content
* Basic understanding of Instagram algorithms and analytics
* Good communication and writing skills
* Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense
* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Bonus Skills
* Basic photography/videography skills
* Knowledge of influencer marketing
* Familiarity with Meta Ads (basic level)
