Roles and responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms to attract and retain audiences.
- Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Research the latest social media trends, formats, and tools, and implement them effectively.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare basic reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong creativity, content ideation skills and Basic Political knowledge
- Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Journalism or Mass Communication background preferred with some basic knowledge of Political.
